All The staff who were involved in the process were very professional and always available to answer your questions if needed. The process was long and I was pleased to live nearby to deliver papers directly. Without this the weeks would have stretched further. However the firm stuck to the process and saw it through at a competitive price.

I engaged with Platt & Fishwick to see through the purchase of a commercial property that was being bought under auction terms, and was therefore time bound to Complete within 28 days. From the very initial email enquiring about fees, right the way through Completion, things were handled swiftly by James and Hannah, with good, simple email traffic to provide information, and sort out queries and answers. I found the whole process straightforward, even though additional searches were required for such things as chancel repairs, and insurance indemnities had to be put in place. It was straightforward because they made it so. I will use them again in future.
