As first-time buyers, you often hear horror stories about solicitors being difficult to contact or causing delays, but this couldn’t have been further from our experience with JMP. Jacob, Nikki and Charlotte were always on hand to answer our questions over the phone and kept us regularly updated via email. They took the time to explain each stage of the process and what would happen next, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the purchase. The JMP app was also a great added benefit, making it easy to track progress and see what actions were needed from us or other parties. We’re really grateful for all their support and would 100% recommend JMP to anyone looking to buy a property, especially first-time buyers!

Stephanie and Alicia provided a first class professional service for the successful sale and purchase of the properties, despite the very extreme difficulties of other parties in the chain. Stephanie’s drive and commitment ensured all parties finally achieved completion. She readily identified we’re the chain was struggling and ensured all parties legal representatives addressed the issues and started to act collectively to enable completion. Without this drive and commitment I am sure the chain would have failed resulting in further delays and perhaps having to remarket my property. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and I felt fully informed at all stages of progress and when issue were arising. I can’t recommend this team strongly enough and if ever I need to move again would seek their advice and direction. Thanks both, you took much of the pain and stress from the process.

Really happy with JMP's service after being recommended to them by my mortgage broker. Initial onboarding and enquiries with Felicity Allen were seamless and gave me a good first impression of JMP. My solicitor, Anne Emmerson was lightning fast to respond to any queries and made me feel very supported through a difficult time in my life, progressing through every stage with a no-nonsense attitude and getting things done rapidly with a very tight turnaround needed. Charlotte Ford-Pain was very helpful and quick to reply with enquiries about the completion statement too, and Jacob (not sure on surname, sorry!) was also a great help on the phone. Excellent service from JMP and Nicola We had a great experience with JMP and Nicola throughout the whole process. This was also complemented by regular updates and communication from Nicola and the wider team, so we always felt informed and knew what to expect. Incredibly efficient, telephoned you back - never avoided difficult conversations. Very knowledgeable about things that were not straightforward! Had used Stephanie for a previous sale process and again her knowledge allowed that sale to progress smoothly. Alicia and Jacob kept us updated both by email and telephone too. They pursued and dealt with enquires efficiently. A lot was done behind the scenes, only asking for information from me when appropriate. The onboarding process was new to me but was very straightforward and easy to navigate. It allowed you to see exactly what stage everything was at.
