I did my will with them a year or so ago with a lady who told me that I should do a simple will. It was a single will and the split was between my two adult children one of whom lives with me. I have since been talking to Travan who advised me to put a clause in my will which wasn't mentioned that I could do when I did my will initially and will now cost me the price I paid for the will to get changed. I also enquired about trusts in Sept before I went forward and amended my will. I am not getting a response from emails or phone calls and in Feb I decided to just go ahead with the amendment and asked via e-mail and phone call for this to be done . I am still waiting after a lot more phone calls and excuses. Every time they apologised and said they promised to get in touch within a few weeks .It now looks as if I need to go elsewhere and start from scratch but wills have doubled in price in the last year ( including with them). Don't bother with this company for wills, it obviously doesn't make them enough money because they don't care about your business at all and what's the point if you need an amendment and can't get it done and they ghost you. It's too important to leave in their incompetent hands. I have wasted my money and now need to spend double that to go elsewhere.

Absolutely rubbish firm , don’t respond to any request for information . They had received memo of sale in April and in May we discovered they had not even started any of the searches. Caused the chain to breakdown , caused a lot of stress and anxiety for all parties and extra legal costs. I would recommend you run the other way and hire any other firm.

Great staff that go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They really are helping me in a somewhat complicated legal matter.
