Well My Solicitor was Karen Powell what an amazing job she done for me. I can’t recommend this company or Karen enough she was Amazing got much more than I was expecting she fought my corner ever step of the way. Would highly recommend.

I am astounded that the service I have received from jf law does not compare with the good reviews majority have left. I have had quite an apauling time with these solicitors, to the point we’re I feel they have sabotaged my claim, for 8months now I have been informing my claim handler that she must request cctv footage off my company to aid in my claim as it shows everything that happend at the incident she has failed to chase this up and consequences of this is that the footage would now have been Deleted as they do not keep footage for this long on my employers database, I feel 8 months was sufficient time for her to retrieve this piece of vital evidence. I opted to go with jf law because of the good reviews and to be honest I’ve had some of the worst customer service from them, I really regret going with them as I could of had my union do it for free but opted to go with the better company and pay them. A mistake I am sure I won’t repeat. Further to the annoyance with this company whenever I ask to speak to management I get told they will phone me back I ask for a rough time estimate when I could expect a call back and the reply is ‘I dunno’ honestly if your thinking of taking your claim to jf law I would strongly recommend you not to even think about doing so

I had a very positive experience with this law firm so far. Their customer service was excellent and responsive. As a person with a demanding schedule, I particularly appreciated Michelle's flexibility in arranging calls at times that suited me. For my enquiry process, she took the time to listen, and explained everything clearly, and with care.

Zozan was exceeding great customer service and explained the process clearly and made it easy for me to continue. A raise should be given in my opinion as that level of professionalism and understanding is definitely rare to find.

I had a really good experience with JF Law, I struggle with working on the phone, but they were accommodating to all my needs and help me in a very professional manner and was always happy to assist me whenever I needed, I really want to thank personally Kerrie Deryn-levell I could not recommend her anymore she is brilliant and very hard working on my case, many thanks all
