Good and clearly explained service, only constructive criticism is I didn’t like Leah’s accent very much as I have had a few bad experiences with scousers in the past but am feeling a bit more confident about this particular encounter so far. So could be bit of a bridge builder for me in the future. And hopefully no more violent confrontations with Liverpudlians, 🤔🙄

contacted JFLAW last year, after an incident. I was assigned an agent to guide and assist me, however they weren't quite as helpful as I had hoped. Until Michael Higgins was given my case. It's early days of my claim & jf law are collecting all the relevant information at this stage vi's phone calls & online forms So far I have found the service excellent & Craig was very thorough with his telephone call, He went through questionnaires with me on the phone & I found him polite & informative
