I instructed Forest & Co in relation to a complicated consumer dispute involving an overseas company and was extremely pleased with the assistance I received. My matter was handled by Mihai Luchici, who was professional, thorough and clear throughout. He took the time to properly understand the history of the dispute, reviewed the evidence I provided in detail and gave me comprehensive advice regarding my position and the options available to me. What I particularly appreciated was that his advice was measured and realistic. He did not overstate the strength of my position or encourage unnecessary legal action, and when the circumstances of the dispute changed, he carefully reassessed the situation and explained how those developments affected my position. The matter was ultimately resolved without the need for further legal action, but I was very reassured knowing that I had received clear and considered advice throughout the process. I would happily use Forest & Co again should I require legal assistance in the future, and I would have no hesitation in recommending both the firm and Mihai.
