Excellent from Start to Finish!
Gareth Brooks is a credit to RMNJ worked on our sale and purchase and completed both with minimal fuss. Having done these process before with other solicitors we are used to having to be heavily involved in the process in order to get things over the line. We didn't have much to do at all here as Gareth covered everything in a quick fashion.
Fully recommend and will use again in the future.

The service provided by Gareth Brooks at RMNJ was fantastic. If it wasn't for his technical knowledge, perseverance and determination, I honestly don't think we would of got the house sale over the line. Gareth went over and above for us and we can't thank him enough. He gave us a lot of his time and explained things in terms that we understood, guiding and advising us all the way. We felt so blessed that we had RMNJ as opposed to the solicitors the sellers had (who seemed unprofessional, unresponsive and lacked knowledge in many areas).
We ended up completing on the very last day of our mortgage offer (after this it wouldnt of been possible for us) and this was all thanks to Gareth. Highly recommend!

Gareth provided an excellent service. What should have been an uncomplicated and quick purchase turned out to be the opposite because of various external factors. Great work with the Land Registry
We completed 18 months previously using rmnj. When we came to remortgage we couldn't, because the Land Registry hadn't registered the purchase. Our solicitor worked with the vendor's solicitors to resolve the issue (which was not at our end) and kept us updated. They managed to resolve the situation and will now be able to remortgage in time without going onto our lender's SVR, saving us hundreds of Pounds. At a stressful time, he replied to our regular chaser e-mails quickly and patiently, which was most appreciated. An all-round positive experience, and good customer service.

Used RMNJ for a property purchase in 2023. Extremely disappointing experience. Never had an amazing conveyancing experience but took the biscuit for the worst. Despite the initial sales call doing its job, it didn’t live up to expectation. Few extra costs added in for things that were disclosed at the start. Painful to get through to them over the phone, think I managed to speak to my conveyancer twice in 4 months. Email responses slow. Dropped documentation in personally to save delays with postage but still a week processing time the other day. Got it over the line but WOW it was painful.
Avoid.

Disappointed with the service we received. We went with RMNJ on recommendation and using them on a previous sale.
Communication at the beginning was okay, but it started taking 3 weeks to get any replies on anything and ant one point, I had to chase 3 times to get a reply. Even our estate agent struggled to get hold of them. It took 21 weeks to complete, not everything was down to RMNJ as searches took far too long, but how long it took to respond queries was not good enough.
I rang on a number of occasions and I was never given the gentleman’s name, but he was so rude to me and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.
Until the last 2 weeks, they dragged their feet on everything. The only positive was on the day of completion, they kept us informed all morning.
I’m sorry to say, we won’t be using them again due to the amount of stressed that was caused.

My house purchase is being led by Grainne Mulholland and we are about to complete in a week's time on 29th Feb. House purchases are complex transactions and conveyancers like many other professionals have very busy inboxes. But in spite of this, Grainne and her team at RMNJ have been responsive and are very good at what they do. I will add more when I obtain the keys to the house.
