I have been extremely impressed with the service I received throughout my flat purchase. As a first-time buyer, the process felt quite daunting at times, but they made everything so much easier and more straightforward. They were always happy to answer my questions and usually responded on the same day, which was really reassuring. They also regularly chased things up on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the process. I always felt supported and knew I could contact them whenever I was unsure about something. I would highly recommend their services, especially to other first-time buyers.

I cannot recommend this firm of solicitors highly enough. From start to finish the whole process delivered by Claire Gustafson and her team was incredibly smooth, efficient and speedy. We were kept informed throughout and everything was professional yet friendly. A huge thank you to the whole team for making the process so easy and I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. As a final footnote their fees were so much more competitive than other solicitors I researched.

We used RMNJ for both the sale and purchase of properties and had a difficult conveyancing for our purchase. The property was being split into two halves, where we bought one half. As we sold in Dec. 25, the sale was reviewed back then, our purchase completed Aug 26. We primarily dealt with Nicole Roberts, but we were assisted also by her team Louise and Anita. Nicole and her team were constantly chasing the other parties, making us aware of the conveyancing status, their actions and had a very collaborative mindset where they truly put us first. Aspects of the split were tricky and Nicole fought to get what we believe is/was fair and reasonable through negotiations and Nicole "won" with each of our discussion points. Furthermore the team were incredibly pragmatic to situations, something that I would say the other solicitors representing the other parties were not, compounding this point is also Nicole and her team's ability to put the language in layman terms to my wife and I as we are not legal experts. I would recommend RMNJ and in particular Nicole and her team to anyone. While I hope we never have to sell and buy another property again, if I did I would go directly to Nicole and pay the price. Having a good conveyancer gave me a peace of mind that is priceless. I hope RMNJ will treat Nicole, Louise and Anita well and give them the praise and chance at progression in their career that they deserve.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Ian Amos was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to speak with us on multiple occasions, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. His pricing was also extremely fair, and at no point did we feel we were being overcharged for any part of the service. We had spoken to around six different solicitors before finding Ian, and the difference was night and day. Some were difficult to deal with, others seemed excessively expensive, and we simply didn't feel comfortable proceeding with them. Ian was the complete opposite. He was approachable, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Everything was concluded efficiently and we really appreciate the time and work Ian put into helping us. By far the best solicitor we spoke to and someone we would happily recommend.

Instructed RMNJ on the recommendation of our Mortgage Advisor. From day one Nicole & her team explained everything thoroughly and in a way what me and my partner understood, which was a huge help as first time buyers. Nicole & her team got us from offer accepted to completion in just under 9 weeks, which in today's conveyancing timeframes is absolutely outstanding. Nicole is a credit to RMNJ, her thoroughness, dillegence and hard work ensured that we had a stress free process, and ended up with a safe and secure property for our Mortgage. Even when we ran into a couple of minor issues during the process, Nicole was patient, and again, explained everything very well. Ignore the bad reviews on here, I think these are from people who either expect miracles from conveyancing, or expect everything done for them. You have to be proactive with house buying and you have to work with your conveyancer, not against them. Thank you RMNJ for giving us our dream home.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Grainne and her team were incredibly clear and efficient, successfully exchanging contracts in just 8 weeks. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price was great, and we highly recommend their services!!

Claire Gustafson and her team dealt with my house purchase and they were brilliant. Contact was minimal, which was fine as if I did have a query they responded straight away. They were very efficient and from start to finish my purchase has only taken 10 weeks. Reasonably priced as well, so no complaints from me. Would definitely recommend.
