In 2003 CMNJ arranged a house purchase for my wife and I. We still own and occupy the same the same property. For IHT purposes I was trying to confirm we had joint tenancy . Heidi Cosgrove explained that records were deleted after 7 years but passed my enquiry to Gareth Brooks. Gareth helped me interpret documents from the Land Registry and was able to advise me that we held the property as joint tenants. All this was done by e mail over a matter of hours. This was amazing customer service after 23 years and a great credit to

My recent experience with RMNJ has been excellent . The correspondence and replies to phone calls / emails was very prompt . The selling of a property was at times stressful but all the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the process . I would definitely recommend . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish they delt with the Transfer of Equity to make the property in my own name, a joint tenancy agreement with my wife. Instructed RMNJ on the recommendation of our Mortgage Advisor. From day one Nicole & her team explained everything thoroughly and in a way what me and my partner understood, which was a huge help as first time buyers. Nicole & her team got us from offer accepted to completion in just under 9 weeks, which in today's conveyancing timeframes is absolutely outstanding. Nicole is a credit to RMNJ, her thoroughness, dillegence and hard work ensured that we had a stress free process, and ended up with a safe and secure property for our Mortgage. Even when we ran into a couple of minor issues during the process, Nicole was patient, and again, explained everything very well. Ignore the bad reviews on here, I think these are from people who either expect miracles from conveyancing, or expect everything done for them. You have to be proactive with house buying and you have to work with your conveyancer, not against them. Thank you RMNJ for giving us our dream home.
We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Grainne and her team were incredibly clear and efficient, successfully exchanging contracts in just 8 weeks. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price was great, and we highly recommend their services!!
Claire Gustafson and her team dealt with my house purchase and they were brilliant. Contact was minimal, which was fine as if I did have a query they responded straight away. They were very efficient and from start to finish my purchase has only taken 10 weeks. Reasonably priced as well, so no complaints from me. Would definitely recommend.

Having dealt with them over the years. My family and i, (from buying property to making a will..) have always found them very helpful and everything is explained in easy terms, all in all very pleased with there services.
My house purchase is being led by Grainne Mulholland and we are about to complete in a week's time on 29th Feb. House purchases are complex transactions and conveyancers like many other professionals have very busy inboxes. But in spite of this, Grainne and her team at RMNJ have been responsive and are very good at what they do. I will add more when I obtain the keys to the house.
