Awful experience and 6 wasted years on a housing claim when this could have been resolved with a decent solicitors. Don’t use if you rent privately.

Driscoll Kinston & Co not only done their job thoroughly and professionally, but one of their particular members went above and beyond the call of duty, as originally they said, because of the court fees and everything else. That they had to pay out. I wasn't entitled to any money, but she managed to get me some money. Anyway, despite the fact that I already accepted the settlement. this is the reason for 5 stars.If I could, I would give ten the are well worth considering if you've got damp or mould in your home and disrepair, that needs doing well recommended!

My immature landord was not returning my deposit. I discussed the case with these guys and they sent me 29 pages conditional fee agreement contact. I was quite reluctant and unsure but after they answered quesiton serval time. Once I signed the contract they started to work. I got my deposit back within a couple of months (delay was on landlord side). Highly recommanded!

Had these so called solicitors representing me they do get results but that's because they want there 35% kept on asking me stupid questions Like how do I know the work wasn't finished by Lee mason I said because I'm looking at it then the contractors left my flat unattended for over an hr I took a video sent it in with an email and the brains of the company Simon porter asked me how I knew they wasn't there...seriously once they get there payment they come up with excuse after excuse I find them incompetent and am still waiting for my flat to be completed like I said they get results but only because they want there money find someone else as these are only concerned about them selfs

Absolutely awful to deal with and had the worst experience. I was awarded money in my claim last year and yet every bit of attempt to receive communication in relation to this has been ignored by Lucy Hunter. The representation I was given was absolutely horrendous. No one from the actual firm came to London to represent me and instead sent a “legal advocate” who arrived late, knew absolutely nothing about my case and claim. She was grossly underprepared and it was humiliating that I almost had to represent myself at one point. The judge was irate that she didn’t even know the cases and statute that she was referring to. I complained to them and I was told that it would be investigated and yet when I have tried to get answers literally ghosted. I am disgusted. I was heavily pregnant going into court. This is my very first time in court and I was beyond anxious and stressed and I was actually on bed rest for a week after the court date because of the humiliation and stress I experienced. I would never in a million years recommend this solicitors to anyone. They are rubbish and I feel completely validated in saying this as I was treated appallingly. They have so much to answer to

After spending months of gathering evidence , sharing pictures of inside my home and making statement after statement my case was dropped 4 days prior to get compensation they pulled out . My children are appalled . Absolute scammers .

I have today received settlement from a service carried out by this company. I was treated respectfully at all times from every person that I spoke to.
