DONT USE THIS COMPANY I was told at the start my debt will managed but are very poor are keeping records. I was still getting messages from creditors it’s frightening especially if under dispute. Also I paid them 50% of my debt to them almost but for them to put me on payment plan after my service paid to them, doesn’t make sense to me to do this I’m losing out on more.I was told 95% of my debt will be written off mislead to believe at first,. They will you in for your vulnerability. I want my money back they won’t return this, they will eat your money for free now i genuine believe most of the reviews are Fake I don’t believe they out here to help people!!! Don’t trust this company lost out on £7,000 now I’m still in debt in 1 years 3 months nothing been sorted they have done about a week work on my credit resolve, its appalling it giving me nothing but stress and anxiety I feel very low this moment in time and this lot meant to help me be debt free but instead given nothing but headace and stress from day one I will report them to trading standard for negligence. Now they blocked me and not answering if anyone wants proof email me at laher1236@gmail.com after requested for a refund and made false accusations about me been left in dark worst company

This has been one of the worst encounters with a professional company I have ever experienced. Throughout the process, I had to chase up progress on my case multiple times a week, which was both frustrating and unnecessary. On three separate occasions, when I called for updates, I discovered there was additional information waiting for me that nobody had bothered to communicate. I was sent my offer on November 11th and accepted it purely to end this ordeal. I was informed that the other party had two weeks from that date to make payment, which would have taken us to November 25th. However, when I called this morning to check, I was told payment had not been made. Out of frustration, I contacted the defendant’s insurance directly, only to find out payment had already been made on November 12th—just one day after I accepted the offer. Shockingly, Prowse had no idea this had happened. The only reason I ended up using this company was because they contacted me automatically as I was working when the accident occurred. If you have the choice, avoid this company at all costs. They are completely useless.

This is the worst law firm ever, totally ripped me off. No win no fee hahahaha, I have been told I owe the finance company about £6000 because they have not done there job properly and are incapable of keeping the payments up on the loan used to pay for my claim. I have tried to talk to them but totally blank me. Don't go anywhere here this company.
