Kathrina was absolutely brilliant in, super speedy, quick responds and generally move things forward in exceptional time! If you can imagine a house purchase completed within a month of offer acceptance! That says enough. She is not a person of many words however does a great job. Only thing is sometime you need to prompt for further clarification however when you do ask she is coming back to you before you blink :) . Great experience and will certainly recommend her to all my friends, already did to my sister.

Overall I was very impressed with how quick and efficient Katrina was at every step. I was also very appreciative of her being available to speak to on the phone whenever we had any queries. She also explained things that we were unclear about and reassured us. She also ensured that everything on our part was fully complete on our completion day to avoid any problems.
