Punam Syed held a very calming influence in what could have been a stressful Conveyance transaction, she dealt with every query efficiently and was always there whenever I had a question. EDC Lord did the conveyancing on my flat sale and flat purchase. They were ~£300 cheaper than the next cheapest quote I had for the purchase. It's the 3rd flat I've bought so I was well aware what a budget choice on conveyancing might entail - some extra chasing and things taking a little longer than I'd like. That proved to be the case but at the same time Christine who looked after both my purchase and sale was very experienced and fought my corner hard when I needed her too. If you've bought before EDC Lord are worth considering. If it's your first time or you need to move quickly probably best to look elsewhere.
