Purchasing and selling property can feel overwhelming and incredibly stressful—especially as a single parent juggling a career. For a long time, it felt like just a dream. But thanks to the remarkable attention and professionalism shown by Adam and his team, that dream became a reality. They were patient, supportive, and went above and beyond to make both the buying and selling process smooth and hassle-free. Every step was clearly explained, and I was kept regularly updated throughout. Their excellent communication skills and genuine care made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a solicitor.

Whilst the process of purchasing our first home was delayed by complications on the seller’s side, we also found that our solicitor, Punam, was not very responsive. Emails from us and the estate agents often went unanswered, and we frequently had to call for updates. This lack of communication became especially stressful as we approached the target completion date, since we were trying to coordinate moving out of our rented property while the completion date kept slipping. Additionally, as first-time buyers, we were not made aware of the importance of a Retention clause to cover any post-completion costs. It was only after completion, when outstanding service charge costs arose, that we discovered a Retention had been agreed in principle but never put in writing. I don’t understand how this was not highlighted to us, and the oversight has ultimately left us £500 out of pocket. The only advice we have been given is to pursue the sellers through the small claims court, which is far from ideal. Overall, the experience has been disappointing, and if we were to go through the process again, we would likely choose a different solicitor.
