Highly recommend Stephen Bulega, whose professionalism, knowledge, negotiations, patience, explanations and reassurances regarding my property sale, eased any stress and made the whole process that much easier, despite many challenging moments! Stephen has since supported me in another unrelated matter, at short notice and without any hesitation ~ E D C Lord & Co are lucky to have him as an ambassador. I have already recommended him to friends and engaged the Company again for another legal issue, solely due to my experiences of Stephen's representation.
Having come out of the other end I'm in a position now to be able to give a fully informed review I have concluded, as this was my first property purchase, that all property purchases are not straight forward Emily Eldridge persevered with me through the many ups and downs and remained in the face of some quite difficult circumstance, resolute and positive which when times do get tricky throughout the process you need, you need the support of your conveyancer, not always to take direction of but you do need them to remain positive and resolute and Emily most certainly did that I would advise to any body that is signing up with any conveyancer, do look through that contract before you agree to sign up to it as if not, you will run into costs that you did not expect As a first time buyer there are traps within these contracts that will be hard to avoid without experience I would advise if possible, if you can speak to someone to advise you as to the contract you are about to agree to before doing so but I appreciate this isn't always going to be possible I wish EDC and the team the best of luck for the future and I do again thank Emily for her consistency and ability to preserve in the face of not straight forward circumstance, some of which was admittedly was created by me!
