Had an excellent experience with the firm. Easy to make contact with and replies were quick, and available to speak to wether it be via phone or email. The online access was also really good too to keep a track of where it was at as well as to upload documents. Abbie and Humza are a credit to the firm they have been brilliant throughout esp in some very trying times! Would highly recommend!
I used HH law previously when purchasing the flat; as I had a very good experience with them at the time, I decided to sell with them too. Jess, Alice, Rachel, and Alice H have been fantastic - helpful, kind, very responsive, professional and across-the-board exceptional. Daniel Feili and his team- Kate and Morgan have been incredible. I had a bad experience with a different solicitor firm pulling out, but ever since Daniel took over everything has been perfect. The team have carried out their role in a timely, accurate and professional manner, as well alleviating any fears I had about the process by having our best interest at the core from start to finish.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Tanya from the Re-Mortgage Team. She was very thorough and helped us with any questions we had about the process.
We used HH Law when we sold our home, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better support. Anytime we needed information or had questions, the team replied quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Everyone was great, but Kate really stood out. She handled everything with total professionalism and was always friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with - especially over email. At one point, Newport Council seemed determined to throw every obstacle they could at us, but Kate handled it brilliantly and somehow managed to stay upbeat throughout it all. Excellent service from Hennah Haywood Law on a complex refinance and bridging transaction. Najmin, Barwaqo and the wider team were responsive, professional and proactive throughout the process, always helping keep the transaction moving despite tight deadlines and lender requirements. Communication was clear throughout and the team showed a very commercial and pragmatic approach to getting the deal completed successfully. I have just completed on my first property purchase with the help of Hennah Haywood law and I couldn’t be happier with the process. I did pay the expedite fee as I was in rush, and all together the process for a leasehold took only 8 weeks! Huge thanks especially to Kate who was my main contact through the process and explained everything really well and was so helpful and friendly, I also interacted with Naj and Barwaqo in the same team during the sale and they were amazing too. Highly recommend.
