Do not reply or return calls. Did nothing in chasing up a case to not allow clients to be discriminated against. I’ve tried so hard to try and get them to care about us as Victims of the police. If you are part of the legal aid they will fail to do anything to help you. They turned up after no replies completely unprepared as sent someone who knew nothing about the case. Speaking to you at a time on that day in front of the defence and getting annoyed as they will ill prepared with the facts. A good solicitor should have your back and be prepared and look after you. Despite presenting loads of facts to get a case overturned they didn’t even pick up the phone or email. You are ghosted whilst they claim legal aid. Quite mislead by the reviews but maybe that’s the rest of Belmores not the Norwich branch
