Used thompsons for a personal injury claim (hit by car while cycling) and cannot fault them. I dealt with Phillip James and emma garland. They were very understanding and patient with my lack of tech abilities when It comes to filling in online forms etc. They made a not very nice experience quite bearable. Commutation was I think the best quality. Promptly answered emails and having phil actually answering the phone for the majority of the time was extremely helpful, especially if i was concerned about something. If I am unfortunate enough to have to go through this process again, I will not hesitate to use thompsons and hopefully Philip James again

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Ms Vanetha Armon for representing me in front of the Traffic Commissioner for accidents whilst driving a bus. It was all last minute but she was very calm and reassured me as I was very worried I would be suspended or lose my license. She advised me superbly and I would recommend her to anybody in similar circumstances.

Navigating legal proceedings was a very unfamiliar and stressful process for me, until Eduardo was put on my case. Throughout the process he frequently provided me with supportive advice and clear explanations, detailing what the next stages would entail. Any time medical appointments and tests were required, Eduardo would ensure that they were arranged as quickly as possible, for a time that suited me best. Overall, his expertise and professional demeanour, instilled me with great confidence that my case would be promptly resolved in my favour. I can not thank Eduardo enough for his continuous support in this difficult time and would wholeheartedly recommend him and Thompson's.

I had a motorcycle accident 2yrs ago and used Thompsons solicitors to represent me .
I have now finally received settlement that I'm more than happy with . Although it's been a long process the team at Thompsons has always been there to help with any questions or concerns I had and always replied to my Emails promptly .
