I wish to thank Thompsons solicitors for supporting me for the last three and half years. SDhas guided me through thick and thin and some dark times, by keeping me informed and updating me with emails and telephone calls. Although I did feel anxious when I received correspondence, due to the nature of the case and feeling blamed for everything by the defendant. When SD called to say he was taking a back seat he remained professional and explained who would be taking his place and why. I was spoken to by JS who was taking over and SD would be available if needed. JS was extremely pleasant and explained everything that was happening and going to happen, JS also pushed the other side to commit to a better financial deal. Now that the case has ended I find myself eternally grateful to both JS and SD for their professionalism and would highly recommend them as a firm. I am positive in knowing that they would be able to support others in a similar situation of an industrial injury at work and be able to raise the public awareness.
