I arrived at this office, (from Glasgow), towards closing time & was pleasantly welcomed, as a new customer. My request was heard and, listened to, as I received a mobile phonecall, regarding my request. As this was a private matter and people were present in the room, where I took the call; I asked for another phonecall at a later time.
