Matthew and his team have been exceedingly professional in assisting me with their services regarding updating my Will and registering my home with HM Land Registry in the last year. He and his team have been exceptionally kind and helpful to me, espescially so, as the majority of this work was undertaken when an office move for the firm Eccles Heddon was underway.

I was so very fortunate to have Margaret Permain one of the solicitors at this practise to deal with the conveyancing of my little piece of heaven in beautiful Thirsk which sadly had to be sold .I was treated with incredible empathy and professionalism throughout both by Margaret and all staff I met .Sellling a house can be a stressful business and they were amazing at dealing so quickly with any matters that inevitably crop up .Cant recommend them highly enough!
Everything I asked to be done was done. Especially revoking a previous POA. Claire Green was exceptionally proficient, who dealt with everything via meeting on Teams, as I now live outside the area. I chose Eccles Heddon to deal with my legal matters as they are efficient, competitive and transparent in their charges. I recommend them and if I ever need a solicitor in the future will contact them first and foremost.

We updated our Wills which we thought was going to be complicated but the process was very straight forward. We were guided through with a very professional service and our wills were completed quickly and efficiently.

I was kept informed and given clear advice and guidance during the sale of my house. Everything was managed efficiently and professionally in a friendly manner. Whenever I contacted Angela Thompson, I received a prompt response and was able to discuss issues further. I would definitely recommend Eccles Heddon Solicitors for conveyancing services.
Angela Thompson dealt with the house move for my 82 year old mother. When we started the process my mother had not long become a widow she needed to downsize which she was finding difficult to come to terms with. During this process Mum also needed assistance in arranging power of attorney, everyone we dealt with were very patient, caring and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We both sold and purchased a property, and Sarah Hargreaves carried out the conveyancing for both. What an amazing service!! Sarah was helpful and facilitating throughout the process. Sarah Hargreaves is the most outstanding solicitor I have ever worked with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, professional and highly capable in her field but she is also very supportive and kind.
