    The lady was very friendly and knew what she was telling us so we could understand it

    We went to this solicitor because it was what we wanted. She was so friendly and explained everything. She wrote to us if she needed to know anything we had missed so it could be put right.       Over seeing the sale of my property I found Freers, and in particular Katie Taylor to be professional, prompt and helpful in processing the sale, over coming a number of issues regarding the sale including an unknown restriction on the property and building alterations it went smoothly as one could have hoped. Katie was always available, either by e-mail or phone to provide advice or reassurance regarding the transaction process. I would without hesitation recommend Freers, and if need be would use them again if required.
