Wrong Choice Lawyer.

These solicitors are not fit for purpose. They are conflicted and take your money whether they can proceed further or not. Advice offered was limited and one sided.
We then challenge them legally and they and then they start with the untruths to cover up the service failures.
SRA was absolutely no good.
Had to place LCF in court for their actions.

Beware please don’t lose money through these solicitors

Awful experience - did not inform me how to save tax - lost thousands as solicitor Amjed Zaman failed to inform me of charity donation tax reduction
Charged me extortionate rate for very low standard of service - still suffering from the effects today - raised complaint and no resolution

Working with Sarah Clayton, told me be okay to sell the house as was all in my name but then come to sell the house. And my ex wasn't of the land registry deeds. Something she said she didn't know about. But I paid in full upfront to get this all done and wouldn't have put the house up for sale if knew this. The issue still on going 5month later. No updates no phone calls. Wont answer my calls. Paid for a service and they haven't done there job!!

Slow, unmotivated and dubious invoicing

I wish this was a better review, we had a fairly amicable uncomplicated case the solicitor was unmotivated needed chasing month after month, raised Bill's of work that didnt take place and were left with unfinished resolution due to making a complaint which was also an unattentive and patronising prosess. I would not reccomend anyone to use this firm particularly between Bradford & Leeds. Our next stop is the legal ombusman I'll be dammed if this happens to anyone else.

Professionally Negligent - Let down and ignored

This firm are a bumbling shambolic firm purporting to be a reputable firm of solicitors Despite 3 letters of complaint to the senior partner following a negligently advised enfranchisement proceedings they have failed to engage. Do not trust them. When they get it wrong they bury their heads in the sand. Avoid like Covid 19. Next step - complaint to the SRA
