The purchase of my house, was not straightforward due to issues on the sellers side. The straightforward, regular, communication meant that I always felt well informed and confident Jo Randall and her team were always on top of things. Everyone I dealt with at the Company was cheerful, positive and helpful and Jo’s cheerful pro-active approach meant that what could have been a stressful experience was completely stress free
