Amazing Service when purchasing a property

This review is for a different branch.

The purchase of my house, was not straightforward due to issues on the sellers side. The straightforward, regular, communication meant that I always felt well informed and confident Jo Randall and her team were always on top of things. Everyone I dealt with at the Company was cheerful, positive and helpful and Jo’s cheerful pro-active approach meant that what could have been a stressful experience was completely stress free

Jo Randall led on the work, supported by Elle Margerison and Jane Kendrew, and we found the service provided to be highly professional and friendly. We used Berwins Harrogate when selling our home and purchasing another property, from the beginning our experience was extremely positive, and we were assigned our own personal conveyancer Jane Kendrew, she was always diligent and professional we felt we were speaking to a Friend whom we could trust, and able to present our queries and concerns at all times if she was unavailable she would contact us as soon as she picked up our messages and dealt with them as swiftly as possible keeping us informed every step of the way.
