From the start, Laura mounsey is friendly, empathetic, clearly very knowledgeable and probably most importantly not afraid to say stuff like "If i was your friend id want you to do x, but im not, im.your solicitor, and you need to do y. Not the cheapest but they never pretend that they are. Thoroughly recommend( in fact i already have recommended a friend ages ago) Cant understand how someone could take issue with lauras beautiful dog.( in another review...) Ross Xx
