Making House Moving a Doddle

I had dealt with McCormicks previously when buying, and then selling, a buy-to-let property and for other unrelated matters. So, I didn't hesitate to select them as conveyancing solicitors when we decided to move from our main home.

Our move involved sales which fell through, for all manner of unexpected reasons and a house purchase which was on-off-on like it was some kind of hokey-cokey dance. However, Katy at McCormicks dealt with all this in her stride and made the move a smooth experience.

Exceptional litigation advice!

Unfortunately we found ourselves on the wrong end of a complex breach of contract litigation spanning over 3 years. We had the pleasure of dealing with David Birks of McCormicks solicitors who somehow managed to offer advice which enabled us to achieve a settlement which we didn't think would be remotely possible at some stages of the litigation.
David genuinely cares about has clients best interests and will tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear.
If you ever find yourself in a similar situation you wont regret taking advice from David or McCormicks and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We will definitely be using David and McCormicks in the near future for other matters. Thankyou very much David!
