I have just used David Birks at McCormicks and his wonderful assistant Lana to help me win a claim against Cobb and Jagger a Triumph dealership who sold me a faulty motorbike and wouldn’t accept it was faulty to a point I had to reject the bike which they said I couldn’t do, Cob & Jagger used every delaying tactic in the book to delay this going to court during this time David managed to keep me on the right track even when I was ready to throw in the towel, thank you David for keeping me going the end result was we had our day in court which we won and got awarded full repayment for the faulty bike along with maximum costs .
