We always use McCormicks and find them fair and efficient. This time we were dealt with by Lauren Duxbury who is new to the company and came in after we had already instructed them (she isn't in the drop down box of employees) Despite the fact that she was not familiar with our case she brought herself up to speed very quickly and was very efficient and professional. Always available when we needed her as well as being friendly and approachable. There was also a problem with the original property that wasn't our fault and they waived the fees for that, which we really appreciated. Overall highly recommended.
