Not impressed.
My experience of this firm was not a good one. I found them rude and unprofessional to say the least. A complaint about one of their solicitors was neither acknowledged nor responded to by his head of department nor the firms principal. Is it surprising that many people feel intimidated by solicitors who delight in being pompous, overbearing and supercilious? Good manners are an indiction of breeding and education and in the words of Eric Hoffer ....." Rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength ".
