Highly recommend David Rogers

I highly recommend David Rodgers. Superb service from start to finish. Having never used an employment lawyer before I wasn't sure what to expect and felt quite overwhelmed after being made redundant. David was professional yet compassionate and guided me through my settlement agreement in a clear and comprehensive way. The matter was resolved efficiently and I was delighted with the outcome. David supported us as the employer recently whilst dealing with an employee Grievance & Appeal process. David was responsive, flexible and made himself available to support. He took the time to understand the case and provided sound, reliable and professional advice. I felt reassured and relieved to have David working on our case and for the support he gave us during a difficult time. I would highly recommend and will certainly approach David in the future should the need arise.

I cannot recommend David enough, calm, completely professional, and guided us through a tribunal hearing, firstly obtaining a strike-out on one part, and then going on to win the final hearing. We were right, but David helped us prove that in spectacular fashion
