Having recently used this company for the sale of my property, the experience has been amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly and the service provided was extremely efficient. Everyone we had contact with during our house sale and purchase was friendly, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to use CS&K if /when we move again. Special mention to Charley Benson who throughout our sometimes challenging sale both supported us and progressed the formal / legal process. Always responsive and professional.
Had a very positive experience with Holly and all of her team, throight what was a very challenging house sale and purchase. They were always friendly, efficient and helpful, and responsive to any questions or issues that arose. Would definitely use again.

I don't normally right a review, but in this instance I made an exception. Holly Knight with her assistant Amy Dunn, took care of me from start to finish. I'd been promised by Mortgage Company that they would look at something for me, if i paid legal and service fees. I did this, to find out later they hadn't done the work they promised. They kept the money i gave them, and told me it was for the little work they did. Holly and Amy, kept pushing the Mortgage Company to refund the money, based on the work hadn't been completed. After months of pressure from them, the Mortgage Company agreed to refund the money. They were professional from start to finish. They took so much pressure off me. I can't thank Holly and Amy enough. Kevin Davison

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were proactive, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They managed to get my house purchase over the line far quicker than expected, which really took the stress out of things. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and responsive solicitors.
