Their staff are polite enough, but as a firm I would not use them or engage their services or recommend a third party to utilise their services either. If you're an innocent man, seeking honest, independent legal advice on the evidence in the criminal court, than I would recommend finding a solicitor that will actually defend you as this firm won't, I needed someone who wasn't afraid to challenge the prosecutor or hold the court to the rule of law. These solicitors won't, they will lead you like a lamb to slaughter, arm bending to accept plea deals whilst gaslighting you in the process. I've ended up pleading guilty to an offence I haven't committed in an effort to finally move on, I have been maliciously held in limbo. I've been trying to sack them for months, the professional relationship has broken down but they persist in ruining my life. The justice system is broken, and this legal aid firm of solicitors are representative of that broken system. They certainly aren't there to uphold the rule of law, defend innocent people's rights, or ensure there are no abuse of processes despite what the bio's on their website profiles may say, the reality is far from what they claim

I am so grateful to Salma for the work she did for my parents. Salma filled in application forms for ILR and booked appointment for my parents promptly. We were then contacted by Home Office within 6-7 weeks to find out that our application was successful. All the way through Salma kept us updated with all the information. And it felt that she really cared for us. I highly recommend this firm.

Georga was bubbly and lovely to chat with when I could get in touch with her, which has been rarely. I contacted her directly by phone call, emails and via her office, many times unsuccessfully. She seems to not be on top of basic professional mean of communication. I had to guide her and advice her to check her spam folder for instance to find my emails. She also had an out of office message on her voicemail way passed the date stated which was confusing. I got discharged on my own before she started taking the time to look into my case. I managed to acquire basic, essential paperwork before her and had to send them to her. She clearly didn't have time to read my messages as her report don't take into consideration many major points. It sounds like she's taking on board more cases than she can handle, complaining having to work during weekends and that her work is "very much a fire-fighting exercise at the moment". The service was essentially free, without considering that it's most likely subsidised by tax-payer money
