The first time that I met charnelle she really knew her stuff and told me exactly what the worst scenario could be she didn't hide anything and gave it to me straight which is what I needed to hear. In court she was conidentical and knew exactly what needed to be gotten across. I would definitely recommend vhs solicitors and charnelle turner they have been excellent for me and if I ever need a solicitor again I won't hesitate to go back to them.

The whole team from Nottingham were amazing, not only with their professional help but also putting me at ease, explaining everything every step of the way in full details and preparing me for all three cases. Amazing service from Charnelle

I have been through two processes where both of them were perfectly resolved thanks to Charnelle. Amazing service extremely professional and very confident on what she does. I hope I don’t need the services anymore but in case I need I won’t doubt I will contact her straight away. Passed me a lot of calm and made me feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable during these times. I have no words to express how grateful I am to have met her and had her with me on these situations. I will definitely recommend her always.

Not fully satisfied I passed information onto Georgia Collins with several emails with attachments what I wanted to be stated in court, not sure if this were all passed onto David at all but I do believe I wouldn't have had to pay more compansation than I needed to if the solicitor had stated everything I wanted to be stated which wasn't so feeling let down a little by this firm as I know the cost of the items didn't come to the cost of compansation I've now got to pay out even though I were truthful through out my case

Lisa sawyer and Nicola hunter saved my driver's licence

This review is for a different branch.

I was up against a fail to provide blood appeal of conviction in the crown court.

I know I needed an expert witness to diagnose me with needle phobia.

No defence firm was interested in helping me out. The final one I asked was VHS fletchers and Lisa sawyer was the angel I needed..she arranged LA funding, medical records and an expert psychiatrist report to me done on me. I am so grateful to Lisa she really does have a heart of gold.

After the favourable diagnosis of needle phobia was determined, Nicola Hunter managed to get the prosecution to drop the case right before the appeal trial which is about as good as you can get at lawyering.

I saw sheet after sheet of Nicola's meticulous case preparation and tactics and was taken by surprise on many occasions with the details she identified in the various evidence such as the body worn video that I had utterly missed and would never have thought to even think about.

In the end none of it was needed but I dare say Nicola would have won the day either way.

Thank you soo soo much Lisa and Nicola!
My love would literally have been ruined if it wasn't for these two.

I was knocked off my bike in January and got in touch with Fletchers (aka Cycle SOS) to represent me in seeking medical help and compensation from the car driver. After an initial chat on the phone I downloaded their app which made communication extremely quick and easy. Leanne was brilliant at ensuring that I got all the medical treatment I needed - specialist appointments, MRI scan, extended physio on my shoulder - and guided me through the whole process expertly. The 3rd party solicitors have just settled the case and I’m really pleased with the outcome. Excellent service. Thank you.
