I had the absolute pleasure of using THP for a complex divorce following a recommendation. I can honestly say working with Julia Drury and Sophie was incredible. In a conveyancing matter I was acting as the Surveyor/agent for the buyer and Rachel Gaylor of THP was acting for the buyer in the conveyancing process.
Rachel completed the purchase in less than 2 weeks, this was, in large part, due to Rachel and the sellers solicitor working in a most professionally yet collaboratively together in a way that benefited both parties.
I have been in practice over 40 years, I sadly see a lot a lawyers who in this time would not have even made contact with the lawyer on the other side yet alone completed the matter. I have worked with Rachel and THP for nearly 20 years, they are always professional and I am pleased to recommend the firm.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to Denise for everything you did regarding our house purchase. You made everything so easy for us, and any questions we had (being first time buyers we had a few!) you answered in great time, most the time the same day, and considering how busy you must be is amazing, and you were happy to explain everything in a way we would understand. Also most the questions we had of the documents from the sellers solicitors, you had already got answers for us for them as you were proactive in asking those questions. We had a terrible experience with another solicitor when buying a house purchase that fell through (would never reply, had to chase for everything, almost felt like I was the solicitor in the end!), and you were just the complete opposite. We had complete confidence that everything would go well with no stone unturned and completely confident that everything legally for the house purchase would be done correctly. Also the quote was competitive for the work, and we were very happy with the service. Any friends who are buying/selling a house, I will always recommend you and THP solicitors!
