We recently completed on our shared ownership purchase. Kathryn from THP was our solicitor that dealt with our case from start to finish. She was fantastic, can't fault her at all. She was so responsive to our emails, kept us up to date throughout the process and always there to help.

Have not required services of a domestic property solicitor for over 20 years, so not really sure what to expect.
I needn't have had any concerns. I was delighted with the experience of selling my house. I mainly dealt with Jessica Blackwell who is a very competent trainee and felt secure in the knowledge that in the background, Denise Stradling was available to deal with any unexpected problems.
All telephone calls / emails were dealt with promptly and the whole process of selling a multimillion pound house toot 5 weeks from offer to exchange of contracts!
Credit also to the front of house team, who made sure that any messages were passed on promptly and dealt with as required.
The charges were very competitive, and I would not hesitate to use them again if required

Yesterday we satisfactorily completed on the sale of an apartment in Reading which was handled by Emily Jones and Fiona Jenvey-Sewry, both of whom acted as a team on our behalf and one of them was always available. We would like to put on record how efficient, professional, and yet friendly they both were in dealing with our communications culminating in a completion statement correct to the penny. We just wanted to say a big thank you to Denise for everything you did regarding our house purchase. You made everything so easy for us, and any questions we had (being first time buyers we had a few!) you answered in great time, most the time the same day, and considering how busy you must be is amazing, and you were happy to explain everything in a way we would understand. Also most the questions we had of the documents from the sellers solicitors, you had already got answers for us for them as you were proactive in asking those questions. We had a terrible experience with another solicitor when buying a house purchase that fell through (would never reply, had to chase for everything, almost felt like I was the solicitor in the end!), and you were just the complete opposite. We had complete confidence that everything would go well with no stone unturned and completely confident that everything legally for the house purchase would be done correctly. Also the quote was competitive for the work, and we were very happy with the service. Any friends who are buying/selling a house, I will always recommend you and THP solicitors!

Amazing service!

I recently used Sarah Imrie at THP for a sale and purchase. It was at the time the market was crazy busy with the stamp duty holiday and things taking much longer than usual and certain things being out of our control. Sarah kept on top of all matters, reporting back and often calling out of hours to keep me updated as it’s very difficult for me to take calls in the day due to my work. When things became very quite difficult, she stuck at it and refused to give in. I’m very happy to say we are now in our dream home and I’m very grateful for Sarah’s experience, determination and support, thank you!
