From the moment I rang Price and Kelway they were very responsive in my questions. I was provided with a quote for the purchase of a property and that quote was true to its word. Rebecca and Jo dealt with my purchase and both ladies were extremely helpful, efficient and could not do enough for us.

Your e-mail automatic response stating how busy you are, would be better with an estimated time of response to give the client a better understanding of time scale.

Rebecca has been great throughout the purchase of our new home and also for the remortgage of our other home, she kept us up to date the whole time, delt with our concerns and issues personally and always made us feel like we were listened to. Terrible! I used this company when I purchased my property, the sale took 9 months! Even though I informed them that I did not have a permanent address and any paperwork that I needed to sign, I would need to call into the office, they continually posted it out to an address I had already left. These documents had my personal details on. Even my receipt and survey AFTER the sale had completed! Unfortunately when I had to sell my property, the buyer used Price and Kelway, much to my dismay. They like to blame the other solicitors involved in the sale/purchase for how long everything takes, never accepting any accountability for how long things drag on! Would not recommend!!!

Much better service than a previous firm I had used in Swansea. More thorough and listened, and provided the exact service needed for the case, and not just basic instructions just to be paid. Showed care for their clients.

I can't recommend Price & Kelway highly enough. During what was a particularly stressful and uncertain time, Iestyn stepped in and immediately put my mind at ease. From our very first conversation, he was professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and, above all, exceptionally prompt in everything he did. Communication was excellent throughout, and every question or concern was dealt with quickly and clearly. What could have become a long and difficult process was handled efficiently, giving me complete confidence that everything was in safe hands. Unfortunately I have to rate them 1 as I believe I was misadvised at great cost (£1000+). My entire family was with me in the consultation and all agree the solicitor said that a certain document would be usable for certain proceedings. However that turned out not to be the case. I queried the solicitor and they are feigning ignorance and are "sorry for not being clear originally". My family and I aren't fools, we know and remember what they said. However unfortunately for us we did not get anything the solicitor said in writing. I would avoid this firm. If you do go with them ask for a written copy of all advice received and make sure it reflects what they said out loud.
