Kieron from Berensens has been our solicitor for our first home / new build purchase. As we were navigating this with no experience nor family or friends who had been through the two together, Kieron was incredibly helpful in guiding us throughout the purchase with timeframes and what was expected and when. Kieron was incredibly responsive and there was reassurance no question felt too silly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kieron for those who are purchasing a new build particularly if it's a first home.
