We've used Liddy's a few times now and we have always received excellent service. Recently used Liddy's for what should have been a straight forward matter but it turned out to be more complex and Ashley helped at every part of the process. I have dealt with Liddys solicitors having been recommended by a friend
The case has been somewhat prolonged in reaching a conclusion due to continuing problems with my condition which added to the complexity of my case
I have to say that Mr Kevin Liddy and in the past three months Mr Craig Burrows have put emphasis on my case to bring it to a final conclusion and the financial result has been probably better than anticipated
I would however have preferred to have my health rather having to go down the litigation route
So in conclusion my thanks go to Liddys and wish them well in their business

My case related to NHS Medical Negligence against the NHS which resulted in the death of my mum in 2020. The NHS admitted full responsibility for this.

I chose Liddys Solicitors based on their customer reviews. From my first face to face meeting with them I was made aware of the NHS Compensation Structure which, in my opinion, is unbelievable and should not exist.

Craig Burrows was assigned my case and I feel fortunate he was. All dealings I had with Craig were carried out in a professional manner. All my emails/telephone communications were responded to/acknowledged on the same day. Craig listened to me and had a great understanding of what I was going through emotionally I always felt as ease when communicating with Craig, he gave 100%. Craig has a wealth of knowledge relating to NHS negligence and did his upmost to guide me through the situation I was in and being up against the NHS Compensation Structure which Craig has no control over. No amount of money can compensate me for the cruel neglectful way my mum was taken from me but my heartfelt thanks I have to convey to Craig for his efforts and understanding throughout.

I was totally blown away by Ashley Mallet going above & beyond is an understatement. Ashley put everything he could in to ensuring we completed on time, it was a complex case far more complex than we expected. Ashley is down to earth, puts everything in layman’s terms keeps you informed and actually fights your corner. On the eve of completion he actually drove to my mortgage company solicitors to ensure they had the paperwork required. (I hope he doesn’t mind me saying that) Would I recommend Ashley totally 100% and more. Will I use Ashley again for my property sales/ purchases I definitely will.
