At Fogwill & Jones (Legal Services) Limited, we specialise in providing advice relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate and the administration of estates. Our aim is to provide efficient, concise and understandable legal services and guidance. We are on the outskirts of Sheffield which ensures that clients do not have to worry about driving into the city centre to meet with us. We have plenty of free client parking. Our office is situated two minutes from Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s at Millhouses. We know that it’s not always convenient for you to visit us and so we offer home visits. We also have facilities to hold telephone conferences and Zoom meetings. We work on a ‘fixed fee basis’ for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and a ‘time spent basis’ for Probate and the administration of estates. We do not charge a percentage fee based on the value of an estates’ assets which is different to many other solicitor’s firms in Sheffield.

Helena has executed a simple codicil to my existing Will. Before I enlisted her help my Will was maintained by a corporate practice where I never met my solicitor. Discussions were carried out entirely by e-mail and witnessing was done by whoever was available in the back office. It's so much more reassuring to have my affairs handled by someone who is warm, friendly, knows my background and intentions, and is utterly professional.

Hi , I contacted Fogwill and Jones in May this year in regards to applying for probate for my brother who had sadly passed away. Being my 1st time as an executor and hearing stories of the potential complexities that may lie ahead of me filled me with 1001 questions. However, my first meeting with Helena put all my questions to bed, as Helena went through the process with me in detail. Over the next 14 weeks, Fogwill &Jones’s communication has been First class, always hitting their promised deadlines and explaining the next steps ahead.
