At Fogwill & Jones (Legal Services) Limited, we specialise in providing advice relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate and the administration of estates. Our aim is to provide efficient, concise and understandable legal services and guidance. We are on the outskirts of Sheffield which ensures that clients do not have to worry about driving into the city centre to meet with us. We have plenty of free client parking. Our office is situated two minutes from Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s at Millhouses. We know that it’s not always convenient for you to visit us and so we offer home visits. We also have facilities to hold telephone conferences and Zoom meetings. We work on a ‘fixed fee basis’ for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and a ‘time spent basis’ for Probate and the administration of estates. We do not charge a percentage fee based on the value of an estates’ assets which is different to many other solicitor’s firms in Sheffield.

After the sudden loss of my brother, i had to go through Probate my solicitor Helena Grady was very kind and explained the process to me. We went through it step by step always keeping me informed of any changes regarding the probate, all in all my experience was a good one yet sad. The company Fogwill & Jones were very good at what they do. The expertise and very professional. I woudl recommend them and I would use them again.

Helena Grady helped my 79 year old mum draft her updated will. Helena was patient, clear and supportive in explaining the options to mum, a real pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
I can highly recommend Helena Grady and her team. I needed to make my will and after searching online I made initial enquiries due to their online reviews and haven't been disappointed. Helena explained everything clearly and simply and clarified the few questions I raised. She also brought to my attention details I hadn't thought of and to consider. Rather than just filling in a form online actually meeting someone was reassuring. Helena was friendly and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable and the whole process was quick and easy.
Helena Grady was very professional and helpful when assisting us with putting together our mirror Wills. The service she provided was efficient and she answered our questions promptly, making what can seem to be a daunting task, manageable.

Helena has executed a simple codicil to my existing Will. Before I enlisted her help my Will was maintained by a corporate practice where I never met my solicitor. Discussions were carried out entirely by e-mail and witnessing was done by whoever was available in the back office. It's so much more reassuring to have my affairs handled by someone who is warm, friendly, knows my background and intentions, and is utterly professional.
