Initially ORJ was quick to respond and Daniel took the job to meet my urgent requirement. He did have 2 meetings to review the agreement and sign it off on behalf of me. After he was paid, I still have one last enquiry so I emailed him, but no response. I messaged him few days later. Still no reply. I emailed again, messaged as well, then phoned up office. Cleary he was working as the receptionist directed my line to him, but I went to his voice mail. So I emailed and asked him to clarify if it's still his obligation, if not I will go to someone else. But he wouldn't get back to me at all. You can't get response from a solicitor who just wanted the easy money and ignored your enquiry on purpose after they were paid. Definitely not a pleasant service having to chase him so many times without 0 reply.

We had the pleasure of the help of Sian, Louise and Lili Mai for the purchase of our new house and sale of our old house. We started the process with Sian who was always on the ball and kept us ahead of the other solicitors in the chain so we were always ready to progress when the time came. Everything was dealt with clarity and in good time. When Sian took leave we were handed to Louise and Lili Mai who got our purchase and sale over the line before the stamp duty increase, their tenacious work to get the other solicitors in position to complete on time was a real send for us. The communication was first class and we were kept up to date and informed at every step of the way. My brother recommended Sian at ORJ to us and we have since recommended ORJ and specifically Sian, Louise and Lili Mai to others with complete confidence.

Do not use ORJ solicitors. The service they gave me was awful from start to finish. We travelled 3 hours to see Saffia who was very rude and dismissive. She tried to give us keys for my new build house that had not even been built yet. She was very flustered and unprofessional and then left the room without even saying goodbye. We never heard from anyone again for 3 months until they finally responded to us chasing them up. When we asked them the balance we have left of the house, she told us it wasn’t their concerned and to ask the new build development company. She had no idea who I even was. The development company told me it was in fact ORJs duty to tell me. The CEO then called me to tell me they would be firing Saffiya for all of her complaints from multiple people. Then the new solicitor told us our remaining balance of the property which did not add up. I phoned her 3 times to say this does not add up and check the balance. She assured me it was the right balance. We paid this balance to which the development company told them it was the wrong amount and I had to pay again. No apologies and the CEO was extremely rude and gaslighting me. Even the new housing company said they would never use them again because of how unprofessional they have been. There is so much more I could say on how awful the service was. So many mistakes were made. DO NOT USE.

Awful solicitors, the worst I have ever seen. Refused to answer queries, seemed to have little knowledge of law and were appalling. Please DO NOT USE this terrible lot

We had to change solicitors at the last minute and we had a very, very tight timescale that we thought would be virtually impossible or we would lose our purchase of a new build. We were lucky enough to get Sam P, who worked like magic and we completed on the deadline. Communication was excellent and we were treated as a human and not just a transaction. Thank you Sam, we would highly recommend!

We were recommended to use ORJ Law by a family member, after having a very negative experience with our previous Solicitors and subsequently our first purchase attempt falling through. I was really dubious about getting into the whole process again; however, Tom and his team at ORJ made the process so much better this time around, we are extremely grateful for all of Tom's hard work in getting us our first home. Emails were always responded to and all information and any queries were always explained in full. Thank you Tom, for everything. I would highly recommend ORJ if you need a conveyancer.

My experience with ORJ Law Limited has been fantastic from start to finish. All members of the practise have been professional, efficient and friendly. They have made me feel supported throughout the process and spent time ensuing I was clear on each of the relevant steps required. ORJ have acted with integrity throughout my interactions with them and I recommend them thoroughly.

My case with ORJ Solicitors was party wall related matters. I had the pleasure of having Mr Mike Smyth handling my case which concerned the neighbours carrying out works without a party wall award in place. Mr Smyth has been brilliant and responded to every call and email. Was very knowledgeable and quick to act. Even our party wall surveyor was pleasantly pleased with Mike's work and said he would be recommending his services to his future clients in any matter relating to party wall disputes. Mr Mike Smyth successfully got an injunction against the neighbour and was even commended by the hearing Judge on his presentation of the witness statements and handling of the case presented! I can not recommend Mr Smyth enough and going through such a stressful ordeal, having a firm who helped and listened throughout was a relief. Thank you ORJ!
