Louise and Kim dealt with a complex sale of a leasehold property via Powers of Attorney and involving a Management Company. They dealt with challenges and questions from the buyers solicitor very well and contacted us when needed. It appeared that the buyers solicitor was not as adept at dealing with the situation and needed some pushing to ensure the sale went through on time. We felt Louise responded well to the delays and gave professional advice in dealing with the protracted enquiries and requests by the buyers solicitor. We thought Louise and Kim dealt with the more challenging situation in a very professional and respectful way. I would certainly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Also thanks to Oliver who started the whole thing off with obtaining all the necessary documentation and guiding us through the initial steps.

I sold my property in April '25 which unfortunately fell through in Oct '25, sold again in Jan '26 and have just completed on the sale. It's been an extremely stressful time, due to relocating for work alongside selling a property with a difficult management company - I imagine I haven't been the easiest of clients constantly chasing and needing reassurance but I appreciate all the hard work the team have put in, especially Maddie who kept me informed at all times.
