Beth and Ellen handled the remortgage of my house a few months ago, and they were amazing, the whole process was so smooth and easy! I was on quite a tight time frame, and they worked so efficiently and nothing was too much to ask! We had our Wills amended by Elizabeth at Eric Whitehead Partnership and are delighted with the service we received. She explained the implications of our changes and suggested alternative options before we made our decision. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and receive paperwork when promised. Sarah Cann was absolutely outstanding and very clear communication during our house sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was too much of an ask. When buying our previous house we had a terrible time with a solicitor so was really nervous about choosing one this time but Sarah has really restored any doubts we had. I have been using the Solicitors here for a number of years. The most recent time my case has been going on nearly 3 years due to my ex partner dragging his feet, Lisa Cogger was on my case and kept up chasing all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone or the other Solicitors I've had dealings with. Lisa does reply to emails and telephones back etc if they couldn't take my call. I felt she knew what I was going through and helped me no end. I must say as soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed and the girls working in the back are all lovely and will do anything they can. I can't stress how brilliant everyone is, a really good team
