    Financial Remedy Proceedings

    I approached Lisa only a month out from my Financial Dispute Resolution hearing, as she had supported me previously, and I had been let down by another Solicitor firm unexpectedly. With very little time, Lisa not only prepared everything ready for the hearing ahead of the deadlines, but was meticulous, thorough and organised, and took a very pragmatic approach to challenges and difficult behaviour presented by the other side. The outcome of the hearing was successful and reached a clear conclusion on all of the main points which had previously been a source of endless argument and dispute. She also managed to settle the ongoing and protracted discussions over marital possessions which ultimately prevented me from continuing to incur unnecessary legal costs

    I have been using the Solicitors here for a number of years. The most recent time my case has been going on nearly 3 years due to my ex partner dragging his feet, Lisa Cogger was on my case and kept up chasing all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone or the other Solicitors I've had dealings with. Lisa does reply to emails and telephones back etc if they couldn't take my call. I felt she knew what I was going through and helped me no end. I must say as soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed and the girls working in the back are all lovely and will do anything they can. I can't stress how brilliant everyone is, a really good team
