I've been notified of each step and sent draft documents over the last five months and I'm now in possession of originals. My experience has been goo. Sarah Cann was absolutely outstanding and very clear communication during our house sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was too much of an ask. I have been using the Solicitors here for a number of years. The most recent time my case has been going on nearly 3 years due to my ex partner dragging his feet, Lisa Cogger was on my case and kept up chasing all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone or the other Solicitors I've had dealings with. Lisa does reply to emails and telephones back etc if they couldn't take my call. I felt she knew what I was going through and helped me no end. I must say as soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed and the girls working in the back are all lovely and will do anything they can. I can't stress how brilliant everyone is, a really good team
