Rania and the team were brilliant throughout my house sale and purchase. They understood the nuances and difficulties in my situation and were supportive and always professional in advising without telling me what to do. Calls were returned or emails answered in a timely manner and they really helped keep the process progressing steadily. A nice touch sending a new home card once it all went through.

Customer for over 15 years, trying to remortgage a property, that they conveyanced ,won't do it, perhaps because its low value, so now I have to try and find a solicitor on a specialist lenders panel, to go with the stress of higher rates and extortionate arrangement fees, thanks . Its not the quick response I am complaining about, its the fact that you conveyance the property in the first place, there's plenty of time to meet the deadline of July 31st, it would be so much simpler as the property hasn't changed, now being quoted extortionate fees, thanks again
Dear Mr Crabb You have left a one-star review because we let you know, within 12 mins of receiving your email asking if we could assist, that we are unfortunately unable to do so on this occasion….? Had we accepted instructions and then after starting work let you know that we couldn’t continue to act, a negative review might be understandable. Likewise, if we had not responded to your email in a timely fashion. Neither however are the case. You have since called our office and spoke in an unnecessarily rude and unpleasant manner to an assistant on the property team, who explained again the reason that unfortunately we are unable to assist on this occasion. Your response to her was that you would “leave us loads of bad reviews” and that we would “be getting hammered now”. Thank you for mentioning our low charging rates for this type of work and our membership of many specialist lender panels. It is sadly for that reason that this service is so popular with our clients and results in us being at capacity right now for that type of work and thus unable to help with it at the moment. It seems that despite having acted in your best interests by not accepting your instructions to act in a matter where we do not have the necessary capacity to do the specific work to the usual high standard we (and you) expect, your response is sadly to leave a spiteful negative review as some form of revenge. Thank you for your many instructions over the years. We are saddened that you have chosen to end our relationship on such a note.
Can’t praise Rania, Dee and the team enough for their efficient, professional and friendly way when dealing with a somewhat complex conveyancing on my recent house sale. They all happily gave me their time and assistance whenever I needed it.

We used Burnett barker for our first house purchase, Katy raven was appointed to us and we cannot recommend her enough! After two house sales falling through Katy worked tirelessly to get us moved forward on our third property updating and liaising with us every step of the way. Burnett barker also didn’t charge us much when the first sale fell through and they didn’t charge us on the second property as it wasn’t our fault it fell through which was a real help in the midst of everything. Friendly local firm who we highly recommend using if you want a smooth professional purchase experience.

We are very pleased with Miranda Mortlock. The Infotrack was very difficult for us to navigate and this made the process stressful. It would have been nice to have a face to face appointment to overcome some of the issues we experienced .
