    First time I have had to use Solicitors other than buying a house. They where the only ones not fully booked after covid times. More interested in making money out of a vulnerable person after relationship breakup. Forever having to repeat the whole situation again every time i contacted them despite them having a file with everything they need there. Very draining to deal with. Got charged for just making an enquirys over the phone. Very cold people to deal with and trying to get help whilst dealing with many other things felt like receiving a fine whilst asking for help rather than feeling like I am using a service and have options to chose from. They like to spin you in circles and keep charging for ridiculous things like taking notes when they clearly have not got time to look at a persons file. Had enough after I had got past the worst of it and realised what they where doing complained and ditched them. Wish I could claim back all the wasted time and money spent there. Better spent on my son.
