Tom who did the initial call continually talked over me and didnt seem interested in listening to what I had to say. Still offered to take the case but on a very short deadline I would have had no control over. Paperwork when sent over was incorrect. I rang to confirm and was told someone would be in contact and they never bothered, simply sent over updated paperwork that was still incorrect with faulty clauses. You dont want a solicitor with such poor attention to detail never mind the rudeness or lack of contact. Avoid.

It’s a very big decision to change solicitors after you have felt let down by your previous ones. I decided to go local this time and rang Clements Solicitors in Ipswich. I knew from my initial phone call they were, professional and compassionate regarding my case. I initially spoke to Tom and he was honest and upfront with me which is what I needed. Equechie worked so hard towards a tight deadline so I could keep my court date. She kept in touch with me so I would know every aspect of my case. Equechie supported me at court and Linka represented me. They were both very professional and I have to say they fought for me in court to get what I deserved. Thank you is not enough words to express how I felt and still feel. I highly recommend Tom and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Clements solicitors are the first solicitors I've ever needed to use and from the initial phonecall, all communications were quick and reassuring whilst going through a very difficult time.
