Clements solicitors are the first solicitors I've ever needed to use and from the initial phonecall, all communications were quick and reassuring whilst going through a very difficult time. Jessica was particularly helpful, discussing details of the case and taking care I understood everything that was happening, explaining legal terms and advising on steps to do next. I rang a few solicitors on that day, none willing to take my case but Tom assured me they would do their best, and they really did. My case is settled and having Jessica's help has really eased my stress about the situation, everything was straightforward and sorted out of court.
