Law Lane Solicitors Limited

Thank you Rahat and Esra for managing my conveyancing, sale and purchase, which turned out to be a very prolonged process. You picked up the phone whenever I rang, urgent matters were attended to, you contacted whoever needed to be contacted, you were professional and courteous in all things, and you talked me through things I didn’t understand with patience. Having supportive, switched on, and savvy legal advisors really made a difference. Your help, advice and support were much appreciated.

What can i say they have this solicitor called Brian hoffman one of the best around the indepth property knowledge and advice he gives the speed he works at to complete property transaction is the fastest ive ever known great experience from start to finish

Our solicitor Richard Ritter and his assistant Esra did a brilliant job picking up our new lease flat home buying case. We were dropped and traumatised by 2 other solicitor firms before this. With their expert help and speedy work, we got back on track and managed to take us through the exchange and completion within 2,5 months. They were always available and contactable if we had questions, always responded to emails promptly within a day and explained everything to us, so we felt comfortable throughout the process. Their prices were also reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Used Richard Ritter from Law Lane Solicitors for conveyancing and couldn’t be happier with his and his paralegal Esra Demirtas’ help. They were always very quick to reply to any questions or queries we had, were always very helpful and professional and focused on the necessary details, despite the sellers solicitor often making things difficult. We always felt that they kept our best interest at heart. I can recommend their help and we will definiately use their services again, should we ever need it!

Very bad management of conveyancing case, after 1st month they didn't reply to any of my enquiries. They got property address wrong and w.aste my money on usless searches. Tried to complete case after 3 months but couldn't communicate with sellers to sign contracts so I also lost the purchase 😢

Law Lane Solicitors are acting for the buyers of my property. We were meant to complete weeks ago. At the final hour they have requested information that should have been requested at the very start of the process, causing huge and unnecessary delays. What has made it worse is the complete lack of communication. My solicitors have chased repeatedly for updates and have had little to no response, which is extremely unprofessional. The whole process has been extremely inconvenient and stressful. Not a firm I would ever use myself and not one I would recommend.

Honestly amazing conveyancing service from Esra and Rahat. They are so prompt with replies and calls and emails. Always answer your question same give you peace of mind. They are honestly amazing and a life saver. Trust me everything you want from a solicitor they will give and provide. I will definitely be using them in the future and will definitely be recommending them to everyone family and friends 😛.

I honestly cannot recommend Esra and Rahat enough. They have been absolutely amazing from start to finish and have made what could have been an extremely difficult and stressful process so much easier for me and my family. I have been dealing with them for around 6–7 months while they handled both the sale of my existing property and the purchase of my new home. As anyone who has been through the process of buying and selling a property will know, it can be incredibly stressful, time-consuming and overwhelming, with so many things happening at once and so many things that need to be dealt with correctly and promptly. There were definitely moments throughout the process where I felt stressed and worried, but having Esra and Rahat dealing with everything gave me a great sense of reassurance. From the very beginning, they were both incredibly professional, approachable, patient and, most importantly, extremely prompt. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification about something, they were always there to help and explain things clearly. They kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with everything in such a professional manner. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or that my concerns were not being listened to. What really stood out to me was how dedicated they were. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with properly and as smoothly as possible. Even when things became complicated or stressful, they remained calm, professional and reassuring. Knowing that I had Esra and Rahat handling my sale and purchase gave me so much peace of mind during a process that could otherwise have been incredibly overwhelming. I was originally referred to them by a family member, and I am honestly so grateful that I took their recommendation. It has turned out to be one of the best recommendations I have ever received. After spending 6–7 months dealing with them, I can genuinely say that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to my own family, friends and anyone else looking for reliable and trustworthy solicitors. Esra and Rahat, thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work, patience, support and dedication throughout this entire journey. I truly appreciate everything you have done to help make such a stressful experience feel manageable. Your professionalism and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and I am extremely grateful to both of you. If you are looking for solicitors who are professional, responsive, caring, trustworthy and genuinely committed to helping their clients, I would highly recommend Esra and Rahat. They have been absolutely brilliant, and I could not be happier with the service I received. Thank you again for everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
