We were recommended by a friend our solicitor, Adam Wilson. Adam was an absolutely amazing Solicitor. He did a fantastic job at keeping us informed, and was unfailing patient / persistent in handling the purchase of our flat. Our flat-buying was complicated by lease-extension and he handled it with professionalism and clarity (in communicating the issues to us). But more importantly I felt throughout he was really invested in our flat buying process. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing a conveyancing solicitor.

We had a particularly stressful house move due to a very difficult and inflexible buyer, but the conveyancing team at Gordons were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Throughout the process, they were proactive, responsive and always one step ahead. We never felt the need to chase for updates because they were consistently on the front foot, keeping us informed and dealing with issues as they arose. What really stood out, though, was the human approach. We never felt like just another file on someone's desk. It genuinely felt as though they were in our corner, fighting for our best interests and understanding just how stressful the situation had become. They were always available to talk things through, gave honest advice about what was and wasn't reasonable from the other side, and provided the reassurance we needed at every stage. While we couldn't control the challenges created elsewhere in the chain, Gordons removed as much stress as possible from the legal side of the process. Their professionalism, communication and genuine commitment gave us complete confidence that we would get there in the end - and we did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gordons conveyancing team. If you're looking for solicitors who combine technical expertise with outstanding client care, they're exactly the people you want in your corner.
