I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Attia Hussain for the excellent service she provided when representing our young foster daughter. Our foster daughter is not from this country and her first language is not English. Attia really did her homework about the cultural background of the case and ensured that an interpreter was present at each session she had with her client. Attia spent so much extra time explaining things in simple language and in great detail, via the interpreter, so that her client understood everything. Whenever we contacted her, she would always find time to speak with us and her client. She also built up a great relationship with me and my family. This case was very complex and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome i.e. Our foster daughter and her baby to return to their own country to live with extended family. Ok so let me see if I understood you correctly. A non verbal, vulnerable and autistic 21 year old is kept at home I daresay captive, not allowed to see his mother by his father's own decision AND the mother has to contact Citizen Advice ? You are refusing to help a disabled British Citizen by using the made up sentence "we are unable to assist" ? Did I understand it correctly ? You are not ashamed ? You and all London's lawyers will be, because the story is on all socials from here to Japan.
