The initial contact was good followed by confusion and hugh anxiety. I was unable to contact anybody and left numerous messages, emails and messages with reception. This was a difficult period of time and worsened by the lack of responsiveness from Carter Bells. Also, being told I was a PEP was more than unhelpful. You need some kind of orientation process for new clients. You can not assume they are familiar with dealing with law firms.
David Carr dealt with my case (his name isn't listed in the list above). I was very happy with the advice and work David gave. It was timely, supportive and effective. I found it easy to talk to him about the matter and would be very happy to recommend him.
