Excellent Service
Deborah Bailey was very professional, effective and efficient in guiding me through my divorce to a satisfactory outcome. This included advice on process, legal documentation, communications with the other party’s solicitor, and handling all dealings with the Court on my behalf. She explained every step along the way clearly and concisely, and provided reassurance when required. I would certainly recommend Deborah to others seeking legal support.

Very professional and great support
Tracey was very professional from the start, providing clear estimates and requirements of information on both the sale and purchase sides of my move. Unfortunately the chain was marred by unexpected and unnecessary queries and delays at both ends - particularly due to the incompetence of another party’s solicitor firm. But throughout the protracted process Tracey provided me with fantastic support and advice, working with my agents and the rest of the chain to resolve the other firm’s issues and get a successful completion - thank you so much to you and Amanda for keeping me sane throughout!

We have just competed on a house sale. Before all the Covid-19 issues happened, we are already so impressed by Louise & Cathy. Any questions were dealt with by return. After we went into lockdown and everyone was working from home, that brilliant level of service didn't slip - any questions / concerns we had were dealt with so quickly. Louise and Cathy make a brilliant team. To get a completion in these circumstances has been quite something. I appointed them on the recommendation of an estate agent (Williams Harlow) and for the fact they were a couple of minutes walk from my office in Cheam Village - but in the future, we won't look anywhere else - they are the best Conveyancing solicitor we've used in 20+ years. I really would highly recommend them.
