I was supported by Ella and her team for a personal matter Everything went smoothly, they were very supportive and the matter was closed quickly and efficiently. However some 5 months later they have contacted me with a very curt and presumptuous email asking for more money because they forgot to add it to the original invoice. I paid it, but have informed them that I'd update my review for the company. Another instance of a company/customer experience being let down by some actions/individuals🤷♂️

Professional, efficient and very easy to deal with. Everyone we dealt with was so lovely, professional and competitively priced too. A very modern service, highly automated but flexible for older people like my parents who prefer paperwork. Special mention to Gayle Hough and her assistants Sarah and Amy. You were all so fantastic so thank you! I'll be using your services again and have already recommended you to my best friend who's mum died recently and they will be selling her house.
